About the event

Patients, families, physicians, and other health care providers regularly confront spiritual, religious, existential, and moral questions, and struggles, raising critical issues of how best to respond.  In a new book, Doctor, Will You Pray for Me?:  Medicine, Chaplains and Healing the Whole Person, Dr. Robert Klitzman, a Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Masters of Bioethics Program at Columbia University, draws on extensive research on these topics that he and others have conducted to explore how we can all best respond - as providers, and often as patients and family members as well.

Dr. Klitzman will share his insights and educate our community on how to best respond to our patients.

Register today! Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
